Capital Elite can be chartered from southwest Washington DC, and National Harbor, MD. The yacht features two decks: the Cocktail Lounge, and Main Dining Salon. In the Cocktail Lounge, you'll find  a full service bar, high-top bistro tables, and an outdoor deck. In the Main Dining Salon, you'll find a dining room, waitstaff bar service, and carving station. Capital Elite is smaller, and more intimate than most private yachts; it can hold 66 guests seated, and 80 guests max.
